The Reality of all Human Resource Departments

Being aware of the bottom line and justifying line item expenditures is a reality for all Human Resource departments. While having an EAP has proven essential in the workplace, it must be robust and demonstrate results. Thrive promotes their employee assistance services to members in several ways.

All employees receive a brochure describing the EAP, and a wallet card for a quick reference to the toll free number. Monthly posters and a newsletter also keep the message of support, fresh and in front of your team. On the wellbeing website are thousands of resources that include archived webinars, articles, a savings center, contact information and much more.

Evidence of employee participation is evident in the annual utilization report. The report conveys useful information without divulging who in the organization used the service.

It is the goal of Thrive to acculturate the use of the EAP within each organization, so that it is the first solution employees and their families think of when they face any challenge, great or small.
