Welcome to your Thrive EAP account page. Here you can manage your subscription, payment method, and account details.

Update Your Subscription

Select the “View” button on the subscription order you would like to update.

  1. Click the “View” button to the right of your active subscription above. Your subscription details will load below the button.
  2. Scroll and click the “Change Subscription Level” button.
  3. You can then change your subscription level based on your number of employees and click the “Switch Subscription” button.
  4. Complete the checkout fields, including your business information/payment method and complete the order. Your previous subscription will be cancelled and your new subscription will be active.

The most common reason your automatic renewal failed is due to an expired credit card or updated billing address. Please scroll to the update card and update billing address sections to confirm your information is correct and up to date.

  1. Click the “View” button to the right of your active subscription above. Your subscription details will load below the button.
  2. Scroll and click the “CANCEL” button.
  3. Your subscription status will then be “Pending Cancellation”. We will review your account and change the status to cancelled if nothing further is needed.

Update Card

IMPORTANT! You must add your new credit card before deleting your old card.

  1. Click the “Add Payment Method” button.
  2. Enter your new card details and add to your account.
  3. Delete your old card on file.
  4. Scroll to the Update Billing Address section below and make sure the address on file matches the address for the new card. Update the address if needed.

Your billing address must match your credit card on file in order for your subscription to renew.
