What does an eap offer?
Thrive EAP services include access to tools for many areas, including legal, financial, well-being, work/life balance, and personal issue help. Our program is meant to help small businesses handle the challenges that employees bring to work, while bringing focus to your employees. The services we offer include assessment, counseling, and consultation, as well as referrals to employees with personal or work related problems.

Who is eligible to use our eap?
Thrive EAP is specifically designed for small businesses with no more than 40 employees! With this, your employees and their families are eligible for the eap counseling services. Eligible family members include legal spouses, natural children, adopted children, or stepchildren. Along with your employees and their families, your management team should get full access as well!

What happens when I call Thrive?
Call us today, at (614)-451-9401, to get set up with your counselor whenever you’d like! When you and your employees (and their families) call us at Thrive, an intake specialist will collect identifying information while giving a brief description of their needs. Their intake specialist will then connect them with a counselor in their area. We can make a different assignment, at anytime, if you are dissatisfied with your counselor!
What do I pay for an eap?
Thrive EAP is a prepaid program, so there is no extra charge for use of the program. The only cases where you will have an extra charge are if your team grows or your counselor refers employees or their families to specific resources. Check out all of Thrive EAP’s pricing for your team right here!
